MLK Day of Service and backpack distribution went better then expected!! Giving Back www.homelessdrive.com is thrilled to have our partnership. The backpacks we distributed (filled with winter supplies of sweatshirts, hats, gloves, and thermal underwear) were received by the homeless with huge smiles and many thanks. The event also included Community kids painting pots that we added plants and distributed to the elderly at local nursing homes. This will be another great annual event we can add to our calendar as it provides us two successful projects in the same day!
